Plymouth Rock Assurance Marketing Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Strategic Marketing Team to support advertising campaign administration and execution, production logistics, and day-to-day administration needs across our marketing portfolio, including strategic partnerships, affinity groups and sports marketing partners.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you love overseeing the details and nothing gets by you – big or small. You’re proactive, always looking for the next project to tackle, and you take pride in effectively solving problems and resolving issues as they arise. You’re comfortable communicating in person, by phone, by video conference and over email with anyone – from a local vendor to a company executive to a contact at a professional sports team like the New England Patriots.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Support administration of all strategic partnerships, including affinity groups and sports marketing partners (e.g. help ensure execution of contractual assets, adhere to timeline deliverables)
Support marketing and advertising campaign development, production and execution
Support team in all aspects of our sports sweepstakes (e.g. prize selection, creative/content development, legal and team approval, prize delivery)
Develop monthly and quarterly KPI presentations for our strategic partnerships and sports programs
Work with internal constituents, external contacts and established partners to secure approvals on all marketing and advertising materials
Support creative campaign development
Support customer and agent events
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related subject
1-3+ years of relevant work experience; Project management experience a plus
Proactive mindset, problem-solver and detail-oriented
Highly organized, able to multi-task and manage tasks effectively
Excellent verbal, written and in person communication skills
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up like environment
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Virtual meeting experience such as Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams a plus
