Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Assist management with implementation of corporate and local campaign media plans. Apply corporate and local campaign advertising with assistance and guidance. Support efforts to integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns and across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising in line with standard practices and procedures. Assist more senior team members with partner advertising. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience. Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and company wide products. Developing experience and understanding through exposure to production, media buying and campaign involvement.

Oracle’s Marketing Class of initiative is a 12 to 18-month rotational training and onboarding program that is intended to develop our next generation of marketers and position them for short- and long-term success. This inclusive program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students who have recently received their degrees in a wide range of fields, including but not limited to marketing, business, finance, communications, data science and business analytics.
As a member of this rotational program, work with several Marketing teams (e.g. digital marketing, paid media, in-person and online events, marketing analytics and more). You will develop skills, expertise, and an extensive knowledge base. In addition, you will drive projects to develop and support our most meaningful marketing initiatives. You will complete a series of rotations on varying Marketing teams within our Global Marketing and Business Development team. At the completion of the program, you will join a specific team in a full-time role based on your interests and proven skills.
Engage in learning activities and discussions with Oracle marketers.
Implement inbound and outbound content marketing strategies.
Assist with the creation and execution of demand generation campaigns, such as landing page creation, asset mapping, copywriting, analytics and other related tasks.
Complete self-paced modules to reinforce Marketing knowledge and skills.
Build email campaigns, webcasts, blogs, social posts, press releases, and other content.
Conceptualize and storyboard campaigns and success stories centered on the customer.
Aggregate insights from different data sets to help make data driven decisions.
Play a key role in enabling our global event marketing teams by providing mentorship on digital event platforms, event registration options, and third-party tools.
Participate in immersive workshops to develop foundational Marketing skills.
Accurately plan, manage, and complete both individual and team projects.
We Love to See
Bachelor’s or Graduate degree from an accredited college or university.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
