Description

Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid role with our AEC client in Boston. Must have prior AEC marketing experience to be considered. Must be technically proficient in Creative Suite and possess strong writing skills. Target salary is 65-80K depending on experience and qualifications.

The Marketing Coordinator’s main responsibility is to help organize and develop the graphic and written content as part of the proposal and interview process. This requires strong organizational skills to keep the proposal team on track and make sure we meet the client’s requirements and deadlines. It also requires creativity to utilize and personalize templates to create branded, tailored proposals and presentations that resonate with clients. The Marketing Coordinator will work in a variety of media from digital submission, printed books, video, and custom websites.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining and updating collateral within brand standards

• Writing staff bios and project stories

• Researching clients, market trends, and background information to support larger marketing and business development efforts

• Coordinating events, materials for trade shows, and content for speaking engagements

Requirements

Must have prior marketing experience within an AEC firm. Must be team oriented, have strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills, be graphically inclined, deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task. Must be able to follow directions and have an eye for detail.
