Overview

LogMeIn is actively searching for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Strategy & Operations Team. Reporting to our Manager of Marketing Technology, this role will focus on building and optimizing key Marketing systems here at LogMeIn. In this role, you will function as a Marketo product expert. In addition, as a MarTech SME, you will help design, build and guide LogMeIn through critical Marketing systems implementations and integrations.

This is a remote-centric position. For this role, LogMeIn is open to hiring within the contiguous United State or within the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Global administrator and lead architect for LogMeIn’s Marketo instance of 30M records, supporting multiple products and geographies, complex integrations, lead scoring, and Salesforce.com integration

  • Responsible for system administration, platform performance, governance, troubleshooting, risk mitigation, audits, integrations, and API architecture

  • Owner for Marketo roadmap & backlog - identify existing gaps, continuously improve efficiency; drive new requirements gathering, design/development, configuration, and testing

  • Subject matter expert for end-to-end lead flow processing from form submit/list upload to sales handoff including lead routing. Maintain documentation, train teams, troubleshoot critical, time sensitive issues

  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators on policy/process for data retention and hygiene, email, and privacy compliance across systems

  • Evangelist for Marketo best practices, including documentation and training for global team

  • Support for campaign operations team for advanced program design & segmentation

  • Implement and support new tools integrations used within Marketo

Qualifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert required; Marketo Certified Solution Consultant strongly preferred. Salesforce Admin Certification a plus

  • 5+ years’ experience in Architect role, experience with large scale Marketo implementations and integrations

  • 5+ years’ experience in consulting, marketing operations, digital marketing, or demand gen

  • Expertise in privacy & trust compliance including CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, SOAP/REST API experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills, excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a global environment.

  • Able to initiate and lead projects to completion

  • Strong work ethic with a positive, pro-active attitude
