Plymouth Rock Assurance Marketing Associate- Road Rewards in Boston, Massachusetts

Marketing Associate – Road Rewards is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations for the Road Rewards℠ telematics program for the Plymouth Rock Independent Agency group. From decreasing distracted driving to reducing aggressive driving habits, the Road Rewards mobile app offers feedback to customers on their driving behaviors and offers an opportunity to get rewarded and reduce the human trauma and property damage associated with auto accidents. This positon will be supporting all customer acquisition, engagement and retention tactics and play an important role in ensuring flawless execution of the program. Program monitoring, reporting and analysis will be a specific priority. Critical to this role is excitement for building a great app and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, attention to detail and strong ability for collaboration with internal groups and external partners.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive increased enrollment, engagement and retention of customers into the Road Rewards program.

  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance and communicate root causes of performance.

  • Own day-to-day oversight of the program including timely resolution of customer issues, monitoring of program performance and identification of trends

  • Test and implement new program benefits, experiential rewards and functionality required to increase customer engagement and improve customer driving habits

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences in relation to the Road Rewards experience, be a voice of customer in relation to the app experience

  • Drive the execution of the program’s features and benefits - adding new rewards options, adding functionality to the app

  • Work closely with the app vendor, rewards vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of the program

  • Partner with digital team on digital advertising including display, paid & organic search, paid social, email, etc. with the purpose of driving consumer engagement of new and existing features

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer marketing, innovation or operations experience

  • Analytical thinker with ability to interpret results and site metrics to drive change

  • Problem solver, who can resolve issues effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism and integrity

  • Have some experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Instapage and running social campaigns

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholder to drive results

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Unafraid to be thrown into new projects that will stretch your skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute digital marketing programs including mobile apps

  • Experience in insurance industry or insuretech is a plus
