Robert Half Marketing and Business Development Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts


Marketing and Business Development Coordinator with 5+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid position in Boston. Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule with three days a week in the office and two days remote. Must have relevant experience working in a professional services firm and working on RFPs. This is a newly created growth position. Must have strong writing skills and relevant industry experience. Salary is 80-100K depending on experience.

The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will assist with business development efforts, including preparation, submission and tracking of proposals and new business pitches, and working with the business development manager(s) on associate coaching and other business development efforts. Must have experience with Microsoft Office and CRM databases.


  • Manage social media and website updates.

  • Create and revise biographies, news announcements, and other website contents.

  • Support business development activities to maintain existing clients and acquire new ones.

  • Aid with CRM management and activity reporting.

  • Produce and analyze client and prospect connections reports using CRM.

  • Develop materials for business development activities in collaboration with managers.

  • Oversee logistics and execution of business development events as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members for any additional assigned tasks.



  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

  • Proficient in grammar, spelling, and proofreading.

  • Highly organized and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Able to work collaboratively with team members and accommodate overtime as needed.

  • Willing to work at offsite company events.

  • Comfortable with independently executing tasks.

  • Committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends.
