WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Strategy and Business Consulting leader, you will play a critical role in managing and further scaling the EPAM service line to include Strategy Advisory. You will leverage your expertise to build a global start-up. Significant leadership and growth opportunities available in M&A, Data and AI, Industry, and Functional Practices
As a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors, C level executives and the Investment community, our Managing Directors will take a cross-disciplinary and multi-faceted approach in driving strategic and operational excellence, process improvements and operating model enhancements for innovation and growth. You will bring market-leading experience and stay current on best practices, leading tools, technology, and trends in the field
You will help us evolve the way in which we deliver our services for new and existing clients. You will combine business and technology expertise to define and deploy disruptive business capabilities. You will serve as a valued source of advice on relevant transformation approaches, business models, and digital enablement for clients and your colleagues
EPAM has locations throughout North America, EMEA and APAC. We are digital natives, operators, who function as global, multi-functional, integrated teams to support our clients from defining enterprise-wide strategies to deploying fully operational capabilities
Prior experience as a Managing Director (Partner, or equivalent level) with primary client relationship responsibility and a proven record of growing a practice’s capability and revenue in a professional services firm
Expertise in one or more of the following domains: M&A and Private Equity, Enterprise GRC; industry (Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, etc.) or function (Supply Chain and Operations, Organizational Development, CIO, etc.), or Data & AI Consulting
Proven record of leadership and a minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience managing and mentoring high performing strategy teams through business and digital transformations
Structured problem-solving approach with demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels in an organization
Bachelor’s degree, engineering or science preferred, with an outstanding record of academic achievement; advanced degree is also preferred
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)

Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
