Manager, Strategic Alliance

We are the Realogy Product & Innovation (Pi) organization, our charter spans Product, Agent Recruiting, Learning, Strategic Alliances, and New Ventures across all of Realogy’s brokerage operations, both company-owned and franchised, and we’re usually out front leading the charge for the company’s most important strategic initiatives. The Strategic Alliance team is charged with forming, managing, marketing and deepening relationships with Strategic Partners that can effectively support Realogy’s brokerage, brand and corporate objectives including, recruiting and retention, lead generation, back-office efficiency and ancillary revenue just to name a few.

As a Manager of Strategic Alliance, you’ll report to the Director, Strategic Alliance and will support Realogy’s Product and Innovation organization by operating as the account lead for any and all matters specific to your Strategic Alliance accounts. You will work closely with technical functions, brand operators and third-party vendors to ensure that value is being provided to our customer base –brokers, agents and consumers

Responsibilities:

  • Lead account management responsibilities, develop deep relationships with stakeholders and build out account partnerships so we can offer the best value proposition for our agents and brokers.

  • Ensure affiliates remain pleased with the products and services they are receiving from strategic accounts and continuously suggest ways to enhance these partnerships.

  • Work closely with Realogy Brands and Strategic Alliance Marketing Teams to support execution of partner campaigns in a timely manner and ensure products are tailored with brand images as appropriate.

  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure timely and successful delivery of contractual obligations. This includes appropriate follow up with Sales to ensure revenue collected from these relationships and contract terms are clearly communicated.

  • Identifying new diversified revenue and/or value-added opportunities to fully leverage our partnerships.

  • Be the voice for strategic partner accounts and bridge the gap between their goals and Realogy’s.

  • Clearly communicate partner initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide leadership team weekly/monthly reports with key partner account metrics and clearly articulate the story behind the data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-6+ years’ experience in account management.

  • Strong ability to cross collaborate across key stakeholder functions including vendors, internal resources and clients.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent ability to learn and articulate a company’s value proposition across several stakeholder functions.

  • Strong written and verbal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of an organization.

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Experience or knowledge of the residential real estate industry preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
