This meaningful role is critical to ensuring we are meeting the needs of families and consumers through a data driven approach across our social media efforts!

This is a temporary position based on business needs through approximately the end of 2024.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead social and content analytics for the Americas Newsroom content, and work as part of a cross-functional team with key partners within the AMS Digital Marketing team to grow and engage audiences across the social media ecosystem

  • Deliver timely, relevant, and actionable insights from performance data to identify short-term opportunities for optimizations and influence long term planning for content production and paid amplification efforts

  • Manage the feedback loop between content/channel performance and content creation/channel management and provide recommendations for optimizations across the value chain

  • Drive the AMS Digital Newsroom analytic reports on key performance indicators, audience deep dives, and social sentiment

  • Create and monitor Digital Media and Content KPIs and benchmarks

  • Own and drive social listening for the region to help inform execution across platforms

  • Collaborate with Americas Digital Marketing and larger Americas organization to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness

  • Lead and collaborate with other performance analysts across the organization for a more multidisciplinary view on content/channel performance.

  • Work with the global Social Media Analyst and other regional leads to share best practices, and help inform global performance standards.

This team is home to social media, content, YouTube, and influencer marketing. We build the brand and drive demand through delivering timely relevant and engaging content across beloved platforms of parents, adults, and kids.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum 5 years in a Social Media Analyst/Content Analytics/Performance Marketing role (Agency experience is a plus!)

  • A comprehensive understanding of the YT platform algorithm, and SEO to drive organic performance

  • Results driven collaborator who excels in relationship building, partner management, teamwork and a data driven approach

  • Desire to drive performance of content and create the best communication for kids and shoppers

  • Previous experience working with SAP

  • Thrives and contributes best within a team setting

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical related field preferred, or equivalent experience

  • Background in consumer-packaged goods, family entertainment, gaming or toys preferred

New Location Update

The current work location for this role is 501 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. In 2025, we will transition to our new permanent office location at 1001 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Specific move dates for roles are to be determined and communicated in 2024.
