RealSure is expanding and looking for a dynamic leader for the role of Manager,

Performance Marketing reporting to the VP Performance marketing and media . This seasoned marketer has full funnel experience, deep channel expertise, is analytically driven and will contribute to an industry-leading performance marketing team for RealSure.

This role is 100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10% travel (2 days a month).

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will have a chance to create a measurable impact to our business by delivering a cohesive strategy for your channel(s) or products.

  • Contribute to the development of a paid media strategy for one or more channels or products while owning the media plan execution and optimizations for those channels in conjunction with agency partners.

  • Meet or exceed KPIs and targets. Responsible for working and non-working budget allocations that enable marketing strategies.

  • Participate in a test and learn culture within RealSure.

  • Collaborate with important stakeholders across Performance marketing and media, brand marketing analytics, and product marketing.

  • Cultivate strong, impactful and effective relationships with key vendor partners. Present briefings that clearly define goals and measurable outcomes.

  • Gather actionable insights through data.

  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results to company partners (such as Product Marketing and Creative).

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in digital marketing with at least 1 year ownership of channel or product performance.

  • Deep channel or platform expertise in 1 or more digital channels.

  • Experience with budget creation and management (monthly, quarterly and yearly rollup) with proven ability to work more with less and to prioritize projects.

  • Experience managing both an internal team and agency partners.

  • Familiarity with different attribution methodologies and measurement approaches (LTV, ROAS) as well as online-to-offline measurement with the ability to provide a strong POV on the optimal ways to measure digital media.

  • Experience using tools and platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads 360 & Bing Ads, Google Search Console, Conductor, or other similar SEO tools.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas with strong support.

  • Advanced experience analyzing performance data for optimizations towards typical KPIs.

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
