Job Description
We are looking for someone who would love to harness in-depth Paid media expertise to build meaningful relationships with audiences in the Americas for one of the most loved brands.
This role is key to ensuring we are effectively implementing and using Paid media within the social and influencer space to further engagement with families, adults and kids!
This is a temporary position based on business needs through approximately the end of 2024.
Core Responsibilities
Own the Paid media strategy across social media and YouTube activity, and integrate with organic activity to ensure a holistic approach for content developed within the Americas Newsroom, alongside the Americas social media and YouTube leads
Run test and learn campaigns integrating innovative technologies and groundbreaking Paid executions, and lead embedding news solutions and processes
Drive Paid best practices within our content development cycle to ensure content is optimized for performance
Partner with LEGO Retail, eCommerce Center of Excellence and local Brand Managers to deliver powerful full funnel campaigns
Manage the relationship with our media agency partners, championing best practices, improving processes and delivering efficient Paid campaigns
Driven harmony and collaboration with local Brand and Digital Managers, ensure efficient and consistent execution in the region
Serve as the voice of the Americas region from a Paid media lens during Regional and global discussions in the Paid media space

This team is home to social media, content, YouTube, and influencer marketing. We build the brand and drive demand through delivering timely relevant and engaging content across beloved platforms of parents, adults, and kids.
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum 5 years of experience within the Paid media space and/or performance marketing
Minimum 3 years of focus on social media and YouTube; knowledge of adult and kids Paid media space preferred
Mastery of social media and content marketing across platforms
Strong background in Paid social, with comprehensive knowledge of Paid strategy and proven experience in partnering with media agencies, or working within a media agency
Understanding and proven track record of driving content marketing within the YouTube platform, with comprehensive knowledge of the Organic and Paid relationship within the platform
Deep grasp of channel measurement, relevant tools, and ability to connect digital metrics with overall marketing and business objectives
Experience delivering effective social content and negotiating impactful collaborations cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree within Marketing or Media preferred or equivalent experience
Background in consumer packaged goods, family entertainment, gaming or toys preferred
Proficient in Spanish, is a plus!
New Location Update
The current work location for this role is 501 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. In 2025, we will transition to our new permanent office location at 1001 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Specific move dates for roles are to be determined and communicated in 2024.
