Your mission:

Own and oversee Kabbage Marketing creative projects, proactively setting deadlines and deliverables to align with the company’s overall roadmap and goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working cross-functionally between Marketing, Product and UX to proactively identify, organize and schedule marketing deliverables.

  • Managing all creative marketing project requests, balancing the team’s capacity with deadlines and business priorities.

  • Implementing and owning project management systems and processes to streamline work and boost collaboration.

  • Pushing the team forward to always deliver and not letting tasks slip.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of project management in Marketing.

  • A strong understanding of the various tools, systems and requirements required across Marketing channels

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders to get alignment and activate multiple teams towards a common goal.

  • A honed ability to distill complex workstreams into one sequence of actions, identifying the steps needed and working backwards to hit a goal.

  • Impeccable organization skills—you do not let things fall through the cracks

  • Experience managing content approvals through corporate counsel and compliance teams.

  • Empathy for your colleagues, their capacity and workload—advocating on their behalf while remaining focused on business objectives

  • Uncanny ability to manage multiple requests, identify priorities and schedule requests accordingly across Marketing teams.
