RealSure is expanding and looking for a dynamic leader for the integral role of Manager, Marketing Analytics . This individual will be responsible for contributing to a team focused on driving the strategy, execution and use of marketing analytics and reporting to drive insights into action. This self-starter will continually deepen our understanding through the development of analytics capabilities and reporting to enable data-driven optimization and decision-making across media, brand and upper funnel marketing activations. The ideal candidate brings a passion for the power of data and the customer who can harness data effectively, and works effectively across marketing and business teams.

This role is 100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10% travel (2 days a month).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop the marketing analytics roadmap aligned with RealSure business objectives and stakeholders to support the measurement of RealSure marketing campaigns and activations.

  • Identify and contribute to the development of internal systems, processes as well as selection of third-party vendors that will build a best-in-class marketing analytics function for Realsure.

  • Use advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to identify insights to guide strategic decision making and on-going optimization across functions and initiatives.

  • Design and implement reports and tools that will enable marketing, product, and revenue teams to make data-driven decisions.

  • Support marketing campaign execution by providing insights based on internal and third party data, establishing a rigorous process for evaluating KPIs of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Develop standard and periodic reporting as needed.

  • Measure and accurately attribute the influence of specific marketing mix elements (including hand-offs to channels) in order to better align and prioritize resources and improve efficiencies.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, the physical sciences, computer science, marketing/business or similar field with quantitative rigor.

  • 4+ years experience in data or business analytics or related fields.

  • 2+ years experience building and managing dashboards and data analysis tools.

  • Experience working with and implementing research and data management tools, statistical analysis software and survey methodologies and tools, as well as familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • High level of proficiency with the tools of the trade including but not limited to SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

  • Must be able to design and conduct a broad array of qualitative and quantitative approaches such as brand tracking, positioning/messaging, segmentation, creative research, A&U, NPS, survey, and questionnaire design.

  • Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.).

  • A strong understanding of direct response/performance marketing metrics.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to present highly technical and non-technical information in a manner that is clear and compelling.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders as well as influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Detailed oriented, ensures the highest level of quality and rigor in reports, analysis and presentations.

  • Passion for understanding the customer; a strong curiosity in how we can improve and optimize marketing campaigns and performance and a love of data and its application.

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
