Meta Manager, Integrity Product Program Management in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary:

The Integrity Product Program Management team is responsible for building, driving and scaling process in service of product goals that uphold our integrity mission - to protect the community at scale, with legitimacy. As a manager on the team, you will lead a team of program managers, equip them for success in their goals across critical programs like Elections, Content Regulations, and Integrity Standards.Specifically, the Integrity Product Program Management team will: (1) Evaluate existing and future problem spaces through a comprehensive Facebook lens, auditing similar problems in multiple places, to ensure Integrity solution development is universal and de-duplicated. (2) Build playbooks and process channels to help integrity scale across Meta and the multiple ever-expanding dimensions with minimal friction for partner teams. Connect dots by understanding/auditing where people are solving the same/similar problems in multiple different places and de-duping. (3) Drive playbook adoption and application to hit clear quantifiable Meta-wide integrity goals, mitigating risk. (4) Scale playbooks by constantly driving efficiencies (e.g. reduce overhead, increase speed to execute).

  1. Build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of program managers.

  2. Drive standardized playbooks for identifying and closing gaps for critical integrity programs.

  3. Build strong relationships with cross functional partners, creating key connections for your team, unblocking workstreams and driving consensus based decisions.

  4. Ensure accountability for driving Integrity and Meta product teams to close action items associated with incident reviews.

  5. Develop Meta-wide playbooks for launching integrity levers both during crisis (crisis interventions, etc.) and steady state.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years experience in program or project management

  2. 6+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership

  3. Relevant product, consulting, business development or technical experience in consumer technology

  4. Track record of making risk based decisions

  5. Expertise working in project management and experience supporting product development as a project manager

  6. Experience with product development methodologies e.g. agile and product execution

  7. Expert working knowledge of one or more project management methodologies (for example: agile)

  8. Experience evaluating data to understand trends and support decision making

  9. Experience influencing and driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base, including: senior leaders, peers, technical, and non-technical stakeholders across roles across the company Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results at a large scale

  10. Self-directed, detail-oriented, with experience being a proactive problem solver
