Cordis Manager Analytics - Remote in Boston, Massachusetts

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

· Data is at the core of everything we do and is critical to our overall business as well as improving the product experience for clients, partners, and end users. At Cordis, you will work with a cross-functional group of operations leaders, product managers, and sales managers to optimize our approach to reporting, insights & product analytics, and take the lead in building new capabilities for how we use data to drive decisions

· Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leaders to build and shape the analytics foundation

· Drive analytics initiatives that continuously improve our visibility to performance trends, new product adoption and new product launch execution

· Develop an approach to instrumenting analytics that is easy to maintain and scale

· Work closely with operations and marketing teams to create both automated and customized reporting dashboards

· Support the sales team by building and managing customer-facing analytics dashboards

Experience and Education Qualifications

· 7+ years of experience in an analytics/dashboard creation & development role

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.

· Experience leading a small team and supervising one or more direct reports

· Outstanding ability to interpret data, problem solve and evaluate statistical and analytical approaches that inform & educate business partners

· Experience developing analytics, data models, reporting and data visualization to tell compelling data stories and drive business value

· Proven record working collaboratively and building relationships with a wide variety of internal partners/stakeholders

· Have an interest in guiding the business with data-driven insights and enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative startup environment

· Have substantial experience in product and business analytics and want to help shape our team’s approach to analytics

· Minimum 3 years’ experience building Tableau Dashboards

· Alteryx workflow and development experience

· Strong documentation and verbal communication skills
