As the Manager of Advertising Operations, you will be focused on advertising monetization of Chewy’s content properties, through both direct and non-direct advertising campaigns. This means owning the ad operations end-to-end: from campaign definition, creation, and trafficking, to optimization and reporting. In this role, you should be effective at turning data into decisions quickly, in order to maximize the yield of the advertising inventory that you manage. The ideal candidate has a passion for advertising and a sharp attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
Own the set-up, management, and execution of advertising campaigns across direct and non-direct inventory and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple advertisers and web sites.
Monitor campaign delivery and check for discrepancies, to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met, including checking daily reports and providing troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative and publisher implementation.
Be the company expert around ad operations: continually assess technology, inventory sources, etc. and experiment with various products around ad delivery, ad verification, and measurement.
Assist sales teams with RFPs for advertisers.
Work with product management to define and create an ad operations reporting infrastructure.
Provide data-driven input around content creation.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor\u0026#39;s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2+ years experience in digital marketing and/or advertising operations.
Experience with DoubleClick for Publishers, data management platforms, audience creation, and segmentation.
Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Expert knowledge of implementing ROI tracking and optimization.
Candidate must be organized, driven, and exhibit critical thinking skills.
Candidate must have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality.
