Strategic business development role to increase revenue for a specific product/technology.
Identify and evaluate key applications for specific product/technology in North American market.
Identify and evaluate top key accounts for specific product/technology in North American market.
Create strategy to increase market share of product/technology, with close cooperation with PMM and ISM, inclusive of defining key accounts, marketing, demo, and training requirements.
Work in field with direct and indirect sales teams to implement strategy in North America.
Internal cooperation with TEC/CS (technical solution), PMM/ISM (strategy), and DSM/ISSM/DDS (implementation) to achieve targets.
Cooperate with global life science team to communicate success stories to NAM team.
Motion product portfolio includes: electrical and pneumatic actuators, motors, drives, precision ball screws and related controls and accessories.
Regular communications with employees.
Motivation and development of peers.
Direct influence over other areas.
BS or MS in engineering, microfluidics or science field, or comparable.
Expert in kinematic systems and applications in life science, specifically laboratory automation and medical devices.
Experience with creation, management and implementation of market strategy.
Must be able to effectively conduct customer presentations and internal trainings.
Experience with team selling, working with dynamic field teams and matrix organization.
Flexibility in taking different roles in an agile/self-governed environment and willingness to support team goals.
Intercultural competencies and experiences.
Fluent in English language, German and Spanish skills beneficial.
