Participating in the strategies to implement business development initiatives to expand BCH’s international patient program.
Communicating BCH pediatric clinical capabilities, science, and leading edge technologies for the purpose of building news relationships with referral channels and expanding existing relationships..
The International target audience consists of international embassies, payers, subspecialists, hospitals, government agencies, alumni, and leading pediatric associations worldwide.
Developing and executes communications, outreach, and knowledge sharing, and networking strategies that will support growth of BCH’s international programs.
Supporting analytics related to operational activities within the International Patient Center that are essential for programmatic growth.
Overseeing analytics prepared by junior staff.
To qualify you must have:
Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in health care administration or a closely related field and four years related experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Analytical skills to resolve clinical, human resources, legal, financial, or administrative problems that require the innovative application of the highest levels of specialized knowledge and/or develop financial and operating plans for one of the hospital's major departments/divisions.
Ability to effectively manage the employees within assigned department/division and to persuade and negotiate with peer‑level department heads and/or with external agencies/facilities on issues and programs that impact assigned department as well as several other large departments/divisions.
Advanced knowledge of PC-based software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
