The Content Marketing Intern will support Sharecare’s marketing teams in developing content, executing public relations efforts, and enhancing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role is ideal for a creative and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing within the healthcare industry.

The intern should be enthusiastic about digital marketing and willing to collaborate with both messaging team members, as well as marketing managers. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, possesses great writing and communication skills and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Essential Functions:

· Assist in the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives to support Sharecare’s brand positioning and marketing goals.

· Develop and schedule social media content across all relevant platforms.

· Support public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, assisting with media outreach, and coordinating PR-related initiatives.

· Create engaging blog articles, case studies, and email marketing content focused on healthcare, wellness, and patient advocacy.

· Monitor social media engagement, track key performance metrics, and recommend strategies to improve audience interaction.

· Assist in collaborating with influencers, partners, and external stakeholders to expand Sharecare’s reach.

· Conduct market research to stay informed on healthcare trends and consumer behaviors, identifying opportunities for relevant and timely content.

· Work with the marketing team on campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Pursuing undergraduate marketing or communications degree

· 2.8 GPA or better

· Knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and trends

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Proficiency with Social Media platforms

· Past work experience and/or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities are a plus
