This is a great opportunity to join our Boston Team. You will utilize your commitment to design and superior customer service to provide a platform that will broaden your career. Responsible for creating interior environments that enhance organizational performance and achieve the client’s business objectives utilizing best practices, and creative design solutions. Develops innovative interior architectural design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe, conducive to intended purpose and function, reflect client goals and are within project budget and schedule.

  • Support Interior Designers and Architects with all aspects of the project work from conceptual to design development and construction documentation.

  • Solve technical interior design problems.

  • Collect and prepare data for evaluation.

  • Assemble material and finish sample boards.

  • 3D conceptual skills with the ability to communicate design ideas.

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills required.

  • General knowledge of current furniture, material and building finish products required.

  • Knowledge in LEED requirements.

  • Expert computer skills to include Revit and AutoCAD as well as knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp required.

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel required.

  • Promotes firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field from an accredited school is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate design environment is required.
