Are you an experienced technical marketer with a passion for sustainability? Do you get excited by the idea of applying digital technologies to help solve the world’s greatest challenges? If so, this position could be for you. We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team to help our customers drive positive impact using Autodesk solutions.

The Autodesk Sustainability team is seeking a talented, dynamic and self-directed demand generation marketer to support the development of digital marketing campaigns that drive demand for Autodesk’s sustainability solutions across Design and Manufacturing (D&M) and Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industries. Autodesk solutions help companies design and make products, buildings and infrastructure that use less energy and fewer resources and that are more resilient, recyclable and safer.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, global marketing and creating a customer-centric experience. Candidate should have a solid understanding of B2B marketing best practices and the ability to successfully execute cross channel marketing programs. This person must have excellent project management skills, collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, and be agile in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate demand for Autodesk solutions by demonstrating how they deliver sustainable outcomes and business value to our customers.

  • Support the technical setup and launch of demand generation campaigns, measure and report on effectiveness (engagement, lead quantity and type, quality, and contribution to pipeline etc.) and make recommendations to improve revenue generation across industries.

  • Collaborate across the extended marketing organization to embed sustainability into multi-channel demand generation activities that support our global marketing efforts.

  • Support campaign activities including content creation, landing pages, traffic drivers, paid and social media etc. led by the global demand generation team.

  • Leverage market research to influence internal collaborators and external audiences to accelerate their sustainability efforts in anticipation of trends, regulations and market forces.

  • Ensure the intent, messaging and prioritization from Autodesk’s corporate impact framework and strategy is translated to industry specific content and communications.

  • Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure they have the tools needed to follow up on demand originating from campaigns.

  • Drive a bi-directional feedback loop with marketers and sales support team around the world to communicate new sustainability campaign content and collect input to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies and other external vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience developing B2B demand generation campaigns within at least one of the industries Autodesk serves or at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience gathering data to measure and continuously optimize marketing campaigns

  • Awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals and practices that make design and production practices more sustainable.

  • Experience executing marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to collaborate with others.

  • Ability to prioritize, focus and deliver many diverse and competing tasks.

  • Confidence developing technical marketing communications with the ability to communicate how technology can address social and environmental challenges and improve business results.

  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn continuously.

  • Creative thinking and problem solving.

  • Collaborative, team-player willing to engage in both strategic and tactical work as needed.

  • Able to work virtually with collaborators around the world.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Account-based marketing experience

  • B2B SaaS Experience

  • Familiarity with Autodesk software capabilities
