Are you an experienced B2B technology marketer with a passion for sustainability? We’re looking for someone to join our dynamic team to execute impact marketing activities to inspire our customers and industries to leverage design and make technology to accelerate positive impact.

The Impact Marketing Manager (Customer & Industry Impact) is responsible for driving impact marketing activities to lead our customers and industries to accelerate impact in alignment with our corporate impact strategy– while driving brand reputation and industry thought leadership goals. Responsibilities include a combination of influencing strategy, managing execution, and enabling marketing across the organization to lead with impact in their work. Efforts aim to deepen our impact leadership position within our industries while increasing overall association between design & make technology and sustainability.

Location: Remote applicants welcome, close to a notable US Autodesk office

Responsibilities

  • Serve as impact steward and sustainability subject matter expert on global impact-led brand marketing campaigns, influencing strategy and keeping planning and execution aligned with impact positioning, messaging and priorities

  • Support the development and maintenance of industry sustainability thought leadership positioning and messaging

  • Partner with industry marketing teams (Design and Manufacturing (D&M) and Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC)) to support and execute ongoing thought leadership marketing activities that inspire our customers to drive positive impact across our priority impact opportunity areas

  • Co-design and shepherd global impact customer reference program to enable and empower teams across the organization to surface, nurture, and develop industry customer sustainability stories

  • Partner with Senior Manager of International Impact Marketing to coordinate Impact Marketing opportunities arising across the organization, evaluating alignment with annual strategic objectives and liaising with subject matter experts to execute on opportunities

  • Facilitate cross-team and cross-company efforts to lead with Impact at key customer events and activations

  • Project manage creative development and production of assets and tools to inspire other ADSK marketers to catalyze positive impact through their roles

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of six years experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, sustainability marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing

  • Demonstrated marketing experience working within the design, manufacturing, engineering, and construction industries

  • Understanding of sustainability and social impact issues; excited to sit at the intersection of technology, design, sustainability and social impact

  • Experience executing integrated marketing initiatives from strategy to execution

  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams; excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively and influence others

  • Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills

  • Resilient, flexible, adapts easily to shifting priorities

  • Detail oriented problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced environment;

  • BA/BS required

  • Honed marketing and project management skills

  • Superb oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent people skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively
