Facebook is seeking an HR Programs Manager to support the HR Programs for our Facebook Business Group and Global Operations teams. We are looking for a strategic, creative, execution-oriented HR Programs to contribute at both strategic consulting and hands-on levels, building HR programs across the business. This role will also influence the build and iteration of company programs such as the Performance Summary Cycle process and Future of Work strategies. In addition, this role will identify new areas that require program management, evolution, and scaling. This role will work across our Facebook People@ organization to build and scale programs to support the growth of the business.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Global Operations and Facebook Business Group HRBP teams

  2. Join the HRBP Partner facing leadership team and contribute to the overall direction and growth of HR across Global Operations and Facebook Business Group organizations

  3. Iterate on the Global Operations and Facebook Business Group Programs model to build and scale HR programs across these organizations

  4. Be the program manager for major HR initiatives, integrating diversity of perspectives and analytics into design, consultation and recommendations

  5. Partner closely with regional and international HR partners on global strategy, plans, execution, and measurement

  6. Influence, integrate and partner with the business and HR colleagues including in the Recruiting, Diversity, Learning & Development, Business Operations, People Analytics, and People Growth teams to implement, scale, and advise on HR solutions

  7. Partner with People Analytics on data analysis and actionable insights and recommendations

  8. Partner with the tech, business and People@ programs teams on enterprise strategy and building a thriving programs community

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of consulting and/or program management experience in HR/People Programs

  2. Demonstrated project management/change management experience

  3. Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, collaboration teamwork and leadership experience

  4. Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously and operating independently with some direction working autonomously

  5. Experience taking a broad perspective to problems and thinks systemically

  6. Experience helping global organizations scale

  7. Experience and demonstrated agility in evaluating and quickly iterating programs and plans

  8. Interpersonal and communication experience and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization

  9. Experience collaborating, sharing, driving best practices cross-functionally and globally

  10. Demonstrated experience influencing to strategically solve problems

  11. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  12. Demonstrated experience consulting and recommending strategic solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  2. BA/BS degree

  3. HR Business Partner experience

  4. Lean/Six Sigma experience/certification

  5. Project Management certification
