Qualifications:

Required:

  • U.S. work authorization

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • A minimum of minimum of 7 years of relevant experience managing complex team-based engagements in a research administration, clinical research, healthcare, compliance, and/or consulting field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial experience leading and developing teams

  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-80%. Huron has a Targeted Travel model focused on meeting the expectations of our clients and prioritizing a nimbler and more inclusive environment for our employees. Please discuss your preferences with your recruiter

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Pre-Award and Post-Award processes

  • Grant Management experience

  • Consulting experience

  • Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration/Business Administration (MHA, MPH, and MBA similar) or related field

  • Experience in research administration, research strategy/transformation, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance
