Logitech Head of Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

The Role:

We are seeking a Head of Marketing focused on Streamers and Creators. Reporting to the Head of Marketing North America, you are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, communication campaigns, pricing/promotions, product/channel assortment and P&L management for the product portfolio that serves Streamers and Creators. This individual is a consumer champion and has a passion for creating and driving innovative go-to market solutions that’ll advance the adoption of Logitech solutions (Blue Mic, Mevo, Streamcam, etc.) and building relevance and resonance with the Creator community. As a key leader of the regional marketing organization, you and your team will work closely with all functions within the regional and global organization to reimagine how Logitech solutions can best support our target audience (creators), nurture and grow the category with entrepreneurial spirit, high level of energy, and compelling storytelling. The Director is a strategic thinker who strives to achieve category goals and objectives with company mission and values and strong alignment with key stakeholders.

  • The product portfolio includes world class products across the defined categories. You will work to inspire the marketing team, sales and channel partners with your category and portfolio vision, leveraging a consumer-centric mindset and insights driven plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy including driving demand, growing market share, and executing plans built on insights, data, analytics, marketing expertise and innovation.

  • Manage the P&L in the North American market.

  • Drive category revenue, profitability, and market share growth.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Champion the business: think and act like an owner, managing the health of the business end-to-end to drive key KPIs across the entire portfolio.

  • Build, develop and execute world class marketing strategies leading with insights based on a deep understanding of the consumer, the customer/shopper, the competitive landscape and cultural trends.

  • Cross functional leadership: partner across the organization with key stakeholders within the region and globally to drive alignment and materialize go to market strategies and plans.

  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure marketing programs/plans build brand and drive ROI for commercial payoff and sustained business growth. Be the advocate for marketing sufficiency tied to support category growth both in the short and mid-term.

  • Team building: Build and nurture a high performing collaborative team, establish and share best practices with other partners while coaching and growing talent.

  • Collaborate with global teams to crate marketing plans that meet streamers & creators across all key touchpoints (Digital, Social, Influencers, Instore/Online) with compelling messages that drive awareness, generate interest and engagement

  • Establish, track, and provide feedback on key performance results and metrics. Implement data and analytics into key marketing decision making.

You should also have the following experience and capabilities:

  • 12+ years of marketing and brand experience with strong focus in integrated marketing from leading CE/ Consumer centric companies.

  • Strong P&L/portfolio management and business analysis skills.

  • Strong capability to provide input to the development of strategic plans and translate those plans into regional specific marketing strategies. Ability to lead and follow; lead and execute.

  • Able to articulate and commercialize NPIs and to engage with the Global Commercial Organization on execution of the strategy.

  • Experience of the full marketing mix, including developing marketing plans, 360 campaigns and delivery of ‘best in class marketing’ within a digital world.

  • Passion for consumers and shoppers needs aligned with strong business dynamics

  • Experience building brand value, strategy recommendations and successfully growing a product line.

  • In-depth experience in understanding customer preferences, attitudes, insights, and other factors that influence strong marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business, brand, marketing strategy across the organization.

  • Ideal candidate has proven leadership skills to create strong internal/external relationships, while being a global team player.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically is critical.

  • Ability to view issues from a broad strategic perspective and strong experience in problem solving, influencing and decision making.

  • Organizational savvy to understand how to get things done in a matrix organization.

  • Self-management skills and self-starter attitude. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus.
