As part of the US Oncology Leadership Team you will report to Head of US Oncology Business Unit and will be an active member of the US Oncology Leadership Team that helps drive the commercial strategy and execution.

How you will contribute:

This leadership role is responsible for designing, building and managing the following business-critical functions:

  • Brand Analytics & Customer Intelligence

  • Access Analytics & Forecasting

  • Salesforce Analytics & Incentive Compensation

  • Patient Insights & Analytics

  • Digital Analytics & Quantitative Research

The leader of this complex business function is responsible for leading, coaching and developing their team for success.

Accountabilities

  • Provides strategic direction and oversight for the USOBU Insights & Analytics functions which includes creating short and long-term strategies, capabilities and tactics.

  • Develops and optimizes key relationships both within and outside the US Oncology Business Unit, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, PVA, DD&T, HR, Legal/Compliance, Medical Affairs, Procurement, Global I&A, external vendors, and others.

  • Responsible for marketing and sales force analytics and insights in the USOBU as well as supporting the Managed Markets team's research and data needs.

  • Responsible for leading a team that executes qualitative and quantitative market research to derive insights to drive, challenge and / or validate strategic business and / or tactical marketing decisions.

  • Leads a team that identifies and articulates actionable customer insights for all customer types (patients, HCP, payer and others) ensuring high quality data and reporting.

  • Creates and leverages value through advanced analytics and market research analysis that provides insight into critical business decisions. This includes developing analytical methodologies for quantitative market research studies and housing and disseminating analytical techniques.

  • Will identify and anticipate dynamic new analytical products which leverage emerging data sources, advanced methodologies, and new efficient technologies

  • Partner with DD&T function to ensure proper data management and oversight of USOBU data

  • Oversees USOBU data purchases in partnership with Commercial Operations

  • Provides leadership and subject matter expertise to support data driven business decisions by researching, identifying, and applying new algorithms and technologies to current business needs

  • Hires, develops, and mentors talent creating a learning organization to ensure employee engagement and growth.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as operations research, management science, industrial engineering, or statistics. Masters or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant quantitative discipline preferred

  • Senior management experience in Advanced Decision Analytics, Market Research, Consulting and/or related quantitative related field, leading a medium to large organization and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders

  • Proven track record of leading and driving business process transformation and organizational culture change as well as delivering on programs with complex business deliverables

  • Track record of successful leadership, management, and development of large, multi-disciplinary globally dispersed teams. Strong judge of talent with the ability to make tough talent decisions.

  • Health care business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
