Fidelity Investments Head of Healthcare Sales in Boston, Massachusetts

Head of Healthcare Sales will be responsible for leading a sales team tied to growth goals in sales for Health & Welfare (H&W) Administration and Health Savings Account (“HSA”) Administration. The role will also play a central role in engaging with other senior leaders at Fidelity in having a voice relative to Fidelity’s healthcare strategy in the marketplace.* *

The Team

Head of Healthcare Sales will report into the Head of Sales for Workplace Investing. This role will be part of a team of other senior sales leaders, leading other national sales teams within Fidelity’s Workplace business. A team of seasoned sales professionals, responsible for driving all H&W Administration and HSA Administration sales will report into the Head of Healthcare Sales.

The Expertise You Have

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Strong process discipline experience or strong background in sales management

  • Exceptional competitive desire to win

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required

  • You should have a strong comfort with data and data analytics to help leverage and drive better decision-making on our go to market strategy and where to focus our sales efforts

  • Coaching, leading and managing a team of proven sales professionals

  • Engaging and collaborating internally with key partners across Marketing, Product, Finance and other parts of the business to lead on our go to market strategy in these spaces

  • Leading externally in the marketplace in helping to develop and maintain distribution channels for sales

  • Representing voice of the market and voice of the customer amongst the senior team within Fidelity around the healthcare marketplace as it pertains to growth strategy

  • Leading and driving a sales team and our broader organization in pursuit of sales goals in a positive and collaborative way that results in great focus across the organization on execution of those goals
