Logitech Head of Global Brand Management in Boston, Massachusetts

The Role:

Enable everyone to bring our brands to life authentically and consistently, across all audiences and touchpoints. The Director of Global Brand Management will be responsible for building and maintaining a brand strategy and visual identity across our many audiences, brands, and channels.

Your Contribution/Duties include:

  • Evolve Logitech’s brand identity, brand strategy, architecture, and messaging across all touchpoints and channels

  • Drive research to assess brand marketing strategies to develop a strong sense of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve brand positioning.

  • Ensure our customers and their needs are at the center of all brand marketing strategies

  • Own the Logitech brand guidelines and be a leader for the Logitech brand within the company

  • Lead the governance of the Logitech brand by consulting/coaching, developing training, templates, process models, and sharing best practices widely and often.

  • Manage the corporate brand initiatives led by Sustainability, DE&I, Community & Advocacy, CorpComms, People & Culture, Investor Relations, Facilities, etc.

  • Deliver creative briefings by collaborating with brand planners, creative, business groups to ensure our briefings have a single point of view driven by insights

  • Develop a strong brand culture internally by empowering brand champions across the organization through curated, engaging, insightful, and educational brand content via our intranet, presentations, brand forums, etc.

  • Set the vision and manage a 2+ growing brand team

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills to our team:

  • 10+ years of experience as a brand strategist in-house or at a leading brand agency

  • 5+ years translating data, ideas, and insights into customer value

  • Deep expertise in building and optimizing brand strategy, positioning, architecture, and message

  • Experience implementing a new brand in a matrix organization

  • Strong leadership and experience coaching a growing team

  • Exceptional marketer and storyteller, with a strong creative sensibility

  • Basic competency in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is helpful, but not required.

Education

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, a related degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
