Wayfair Head of Emerging Markets, B2B Sales in Boston, Massachusetts

We have already established our top 3 target verticals and are seeking someone to, among other responsibilities, help identify our next core targets inside of our Emerging Markets Program. This program owns high potential businesses in Property Management, Hospitality and Office environments. We make it easier, faster and deliver better value than any competitor out there. <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive the performance of the Emerging Markets B2B segment; focusing on improvements in customer experience (NPS), overall account growth and profitability</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead, coach and mentor a team of direct reports (who in turn have their own teams); developing a team that have strong skill sets in structured communication, change management and critical thinking (solutions oriented)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze performance metrics consistently; requiring leadership team to diagnose root causes of trends and develop/propose solutions for correction planning</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motivates and inspires a team around our North star metrics and vision; translating into sales strategies and growth plans</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Delegates end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects to leadership team; assigning execution responsibilities for </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">both </span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">people development and freeing up own capacity&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as a thought leader with key stakeholders across our B2B Sales, Operations, Marketing and Training organizations in developing new strategies; using data to guide decision-making</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develops strong collaborative relationships across the B2B organization; knowledgeable of all B2B roadmaps/initiatives and translates back to team for proactive planning&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Foster an inclusive, positive and collaborative culture in a fast-paced / highly ambitious environment</span></li>



<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years of leadership experience in (ideally) a combination of the following fields: Sales leadership experience in a fast-paced and high growth organization, strategy consulting and/or business development</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience directly managing high-performance teams, to consistently meet KPI goals</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated experience building a business or delivering against aggressive targets &amp; goals in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to clearly and consistently work side-by-side with a broad range of levels and functions to achieve objectives</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Articulate, persuasive communicator, able to earn the trust and buy-in of senior executives</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Have strong analytical experience, and comfortable operating with large data sets to generate insight and actionable conclusions</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to hit the ground running – a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to manage and prioritize projects, and to delegate tasks appropriately</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Innovative problem-solving skills – dissect and determine root causes of problems, and implement solution</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record of leadership, taking ownership and driving results</span></li>
