Wayfair Head of Creative, Supplier Creative in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A visionary who can outline strategic creative strategy and forge trusted relationships with key stakeholders to bring it to life, all while fearlessly guiding a super-talented team of designers, animators, and writers. This is a fantastic opportunity to help build out a newly formed creative team, accelerating our efforts to excite, engage, and incentivize our network of thousands of suppliers around the globe.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To be successful in this role, you must be strategic and customer minded, eager to partner with other creatives and non-creatives alike. You’ll lead a growing creative&nbsp; team, working on many different types of content, including everything from branding to video content.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with senior business leaders to set a creative vision and strategy that activates ongoing business goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;Help maintain and support the overall Supplier vision&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Inspire and manage a team of designers, writers and animators&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the development of the brand standards and voice guide to drive consistency across all channels.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Concept campaign development to support overall brand strategy and activation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain seamless communication with partners on other teams, effectively translating everyday business objectives into powerful branded experiences.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze performance metrics and other data (especially customer insights!), and use that information to guide creative decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think critically to drive efficiency, strategically planning work that can be used across multiple channels and media.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>


<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in strategic, creative execution.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years managing a creative team</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience directing creative across various types of media, including motion design and video</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strategic brain that uses data and customer insights to drive next-level creative</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of the ever-evolving industry landscape, trends, and competitors.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent interpersonal and team building skills; collaborative team player who wants to see themselves and others thrive.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication style based on audience.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Capacity to multitask and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proactive, forward thinking and ability to synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong background in data-driven decision making, coupled with having an appreciation for brand and customer experience.</span></li>
