Leads organization responsible for creating Analytics Products to support Analytics and Insight Generation across the company

Strategy Responsibilities

• Drives analytics  products strategy, product design, and functional capabilities in alignment with multi-year planning and enterprise data and analytics vision for BCBSMA • Collaborates Analytics spokes and insight generators to understand analytical needs, and proactively prepares analytics products for use • Plans and collaborates with enterprise architecture and other IT teams to drive architectural builds and enhancements to products

Core Delivery Responsibilities

• Development of advanced enterprise analytic products (e.g., AI, state-of-the-art platforms) to promote leading capability development and agile rollout • Develops functional consumption views based on demand from Insight generators • Responsible for quality of data and products supplied to insight generators • Collaborates across Analytics hub and spokes to to assess which functional data assets need  to be promoted for enterprise consumption

Supporting Responsibilities

• Provides support to serve Analytics spokes through development of single- and multi-domain enterprise and consumption solutions for insight generation • Manages data-as-an-asset culture through development of functional data  assets that are managed as high quality  products

Key Stakeholders and Primary Customers

• 6 direct reports, with oversight of additional vendor resources and federated  FTEs • Serves  analytics teams and insight generators across the organization through delivery of trusted analytics products across the enterprise
