This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the US, preferably the eastern time zone.
Our ideal Growth Product Manager will:
Help users accelerate in product adoption, usage, and retention, and you are excited about developing and testing hypotheses to grow our user base. Our customers love color, and we want to empower them. Our team of international engineers, product advocates, and marketers emerge in our customers' day-to-day to ensure that we provide the right tools. We work hard, fast with respect and support for each other while being humble of our accomplishments but meticulous in our challenges.
In your main role at Pantone, you will:
Define and supervise progress against Objective and Key Results, and measure the impact of the team's efforts against business and user goals:
From concept to launch, own the execution of product features and experiments designed to improve key growth metrics
Have access to multiple data sources including consumer behavior analytics, user research, and experiment performance to maximize conversion rate, retention rate, and customer lifetime value.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate.
Impact our early customer experience, from initial marketing impression through new account onboarding.
Understand use cases and flows to maximize positive product retention
You ensure our early user experience syncs with our acquisition marketing campaigns
Know the success metrics for your product area and build the tracking plan to support it; understand and communicate how the work that you’re prioritizing is helping drive those metrics
Develop a deep level of user empathy through product data, competitive analysis, and user research
Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
Strong analytical abilities with a passion for data-inspired decision making
You are organized and detail-oriented with experience working across web and mobile platforms.
You are a natural collaborator and love being part of a cross-functional team.
You are masterful in prioritizing effectively and making tradeoffs across a range of tasks and initiatives.
Ability to build strong relationships across functions within an organization
Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
Editing and copywriting skills
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
4+ years of experience in marketing, data, and project management.
Understanding of an A/B testing methodology and tools
Understanding of heatmapping
Experience in Saas marketing is a plus
