Growth Marketing Manager, Campaigns (Remote)
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel global demand generation campaigns. As a recognized collaborative leader, you will ensure different Marketing functions and stakeholders have fully aligned their resources in support of the common business outcome of these campaigns – growth.

About the role:
Lead the development and successful execution of global demand generation campaigns across all contributors and stakeholders.
Support all routes to market, addressing the unique needs of our Partners.
Determine the key KPI targets that provide leading indicators of the trajectory of the growth.
Identify the highest value customer segments and ensure the global campaigns are precisely targeted to these segments.
Ensure the campaign is targeted to the right personas, with the right creative and messaging, with compelling calls-to-action, all while tightly instrumented to inform rapid corrections.
Employ the leading-edge practices in Account Based Marketing (ABM.)
Imbed into the campaign execution, the routine process of testing and experimentation.
Orchestrate the delivery of omni-channel campaigns, leveraging all aspects of the marketing mix and the entire spectrum of resources across the Marketing team.
Bring a minimum of 8 years of experience focused on growth through omni-channel marketing
Successfully deployed Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
Are a team player who builds strong and effective partnerships
Renowned for excellent project management leadership skills
Possess strong analytical skills
Always curious about the advancements in Marketing and Marketing technology
