We are looking for an in-house graphic designer to join our team. Individuals will be responsible for product concept development, design and production of logos, brand standards, social media graphics, brochures, website banners and other digital components, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Ideal candidates should stay up-to-date with current design trends and be able to quickly produce new and innovative concepts and solutions.
World Congress?s Graphic Designer should be highly motivated and will be responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of various graphic-focused print and digital projects. This includes, but is not limited to:
Working collaboratively with World Congress departments, including marketing, sales, and production to provide superior graphic design for World Congress and its conferences
Determining new trends in Graphic Design and how we can expose and use the trends for World Congress and its conferences
Implementing creative processes and maintaining schedules for products for organizational behavior (i.e. Creative Briefs, Print Requirement Forms and more)
Designing corporate identity materials for the company and its conferences (logo design, brand standard guidelines, brochures, program guides, digital and print signage, graphic templates,etc.)
Designing Sales & Marketing materials (flyers, brochures, catalogs, direct mail pieces, posters, print and online advertisements)
Strategizing and designing new ideas for web design and digital content (landing pages, email blast design, banner ads)
Creating concepts for wayfinding and onsite conference signage materials and trade show materials (booth design, displays and posters, handouts, and promotional/give-away items)
Accomplishing tasks as efficiently as possible and recommending new ways of doing things for best practices so more can be accomplished efficiently
Sourcing and coordinating with vendors for printing, promotions and installations.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)
Experience with video editing and email software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
Ability to create and execute projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams, across departments
Extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience with four-color printing process including preparing and overseeing print projects
Working knowledge of coding web design implementation and custom email marketing campaigns

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent
Experience: 3-5 years Digital and Print Collateral
