Job Summary

We’re seeking a graphic designer to join our B2B Marketing team. We pride ourselves on creating highly visual and engaging materials that show, rather than tell, the Unidine story and elevate our brand. The designer will develop exciting collateral to support the growth, client excellence, and operations excellence organizations. This role is appealing to someone with a highly creative vision, a modern and elevated aesthetic, who desires to be part of a dynamic and team while supported by an organization whose roots are in service and hospitality. And don’t forget – you must be a foodie!

Responsibilities:

  • Produce visually impactful materials that tell the Unidine story, help to gain new clients, and retain existing portfolio

  • Design vibrant, invigorating, original materials, including multi-page book-style folios

  • Develop visual storytelling for presentations

  • Span of work includes, but is not limited to brochures, advertisements, newsletters, logos, banners, guides, marketing mailers, white papers/blog pieces, case studies, custom presentations, front-of-the-house signage, menus, labels, etc.

  • Produce and edit videos and short clips, b-roll where needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years working within a design firm or other creative team environment as a Graphic Designer

  • Video editing experience a must

  • Very strong organization and project management skills

  • Solid experience with Microsoft and Adobe suites, as well as video editing software

  • Passion for hospitality

  • Out-of-the-box thinking

  • Independent mindset, but also able to interact with and gain perspective from a larger team

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills

  • Excellent understanding of customer focused needs

  • Strong organizational skills in order to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once

  • Strong, conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities including a solid background in print, digital, packaging, branding, typography, catalog design, and retail graphics all a plus

  • Successfully manages time, work flow, and schedule in order to meet strict and sometimes aggressive deadlines with consistent quality performance

  • Portfolio must be submitted with the application
