We’re looking for a Go To Market Program Manager to join our People Experience team in People & Places. The GTM Program Manager will report to the Vice President of People Experience and will be accountable for creating and driving programs and practices that lead to high performance business results. In addition, this role will implement frameworks and practices that will ensure that the People Experience teams are prepared to support new programs being launched across our COEs and will drive increased probability of successful launch and adoption with our employees and managers. This is a critical senior individual contributor role who will participate as a part of the People Experience leadership team and will have close partnership with teams across PPL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute a GTM launch framework for new PPL programs and services that will be supported by People Experience organization

  • Work with People Experience leadership and broad cross functional PPL teams to ensure GTM tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans, including reporting key milestone status, risks and contingency planning

  • Lead and facilitate meetings with key partners and stakeholders across PPL and People Experience team to gain internal alignment on GTM program development and to ensure execution delivery

  • Lead internal communication flow and coordinate cross-functional team alignment to ensure launch readiness

  • Develop and work with People Experience leadership team to roll out a global scorecard and key performance metrics, as well as a quarterly business review cadence to drive regular performance improvements

  • Working with VP, People Experience and leadership team, ensuring that transformation goals and milestones and org goals are tracked and met

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations, project manager or program management role

  • Strong project management, organizational and analytic skills, with ability to balance multiple initiatives successfully and efficiently

  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of an organization internally and externally

  • Strong data analytic capabilities and ability to take a data-driven approach to strategic GTM planning and business performance

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and geos to deliver results and build partnerships
