The individual will ideally be based in Boston, New York City, or College Park, Maryland offices. Working remotely will be considered for the right candidate.
The role will report directly into the Global Head of Demand Generation
We’re seeking a skilled and driven Global Marketing Campaign Manager to join BlueVoyant’s Revenue Marketing team! Candidates who are independent, creative and analytical problem solvers, with superior demand campaign development, implementation and analytics skills are highly desirable.
Success in this role requires extensive knowledge and experience in developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns targeting B2B organizations, collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and external agencies in the preparation and execution of campaigns, perform the measurement and tracking of marketing campaigns, writing, proofreading, and editing copy for content, and maintaining regular measurement of the campaigns' ROI. Campaign managers are also expected to evaluate existing marketing campaigns and be up-to-date on the latest marketing trends.
● Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns globally to deliver qualified leads into the sales pipeline● Build inbound and outbound activity across multiple channels - content syndication, events, paid digital/SEM, social media (paid and owned), email.● Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels● Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns and programs● identify and develop demand gen content aligned to buyer journey/marketing funnel and in adherence to the BlueVoyant brand.● Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.● Engage with sales to ensure timely lead follow up● Work with and manage multiple agencies● Measure and analyze campaign performance, including web analytics and evaluation of KPIs● Maintain regular campaign health metrics and ROI● Deliver performance reports to leadership and stakeholders● Manage, track and report on budget and ensure alignment to KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE SKILL REQUIRED
(Minimum education and experience needed to perform the job adequately)
● College degree required, advanced degree preferred● 5+ years of B2B Marketing Campaign experience, preferably global within the technology industry● Experience with SalesForce and Marketing Automation (Hubspot/pardot)● Proven proficiency in account-based marketing, demand generation, SEO, Paid Media● Demonstrated email marketing best practices● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret, organize and present data and results● Ability to segment, address and engage different audiences across different channels● Self-motivate and self-managing ● Excellent attention to detail● Organized and process-oriented● Highly innovative, entrepreneurial and collaborative● Creative from an idea perspective, with an eye for design and an understanding of the power of storytelling; an understanding and proven experience engaging with and motivating global audiences● Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure● Ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
