How will you make an impact?

As the Global Market Development Manager, Service and Support, you will develop and implement engaging global marketing campaigns and programs aligned to overall business strategy and priorities that drive awareness, demand and lead generation for service & support offering.

What will you do?

  • Partner with Business Unit & GSS Marketing teams on campaign and NPI go-to-market execution by integrating service & support value proposition, developing customer-facing collateral and digital content, as well as sales tools to maximize service attachment

  • Collaborate and ensure alignment of marketing plans among Product Management, Regional Market Development Partners, Commercial Leaders, and other stakeholders

  • Leverage global marketing capabilities to create and deploy strategic, integrated marketing plans across multiple channels including digital avenues (e.g. web, video, social media, display, search engine)

  • Successfully engage with advertising agencies and marketing program managers to deliver high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, PR, social media, customer-facing presentations, global tradeshow properties and promotional materials

  • Manage marketing budgets, optimize the promotional mix on campaigns and maintain metrics and KPI dashboards to measure effectiveness and achieve a high return on investment

  • Coordinate and centralize global market research for Global Service and Support (GSS) marketing team

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Marketing, Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or Engineering preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience developing and successfully implementing marketing plans, ideally for life science or clinical research products and services

  • Experience with life sciences or clinical research products and services

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential, along with a track record of building alignment among cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills

  • Broad knowledge of marketing 4Ps, channels-to-market, segmentation, value proposition, marketing plan and campaign development, content marketing, voice of customer research and customer journey maps

  • Demonstration of digital marketing expertise with proven campaigns in display advertising, search engine marketing, social, video and automation approaches

Domestic and international travel may be required
