Meta Global Learning Partner, Cross Functional Client Engagement & Partnerships in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary:

The Business Learning organization is seeking an experienced learning professional to join the Cross Functional Client Engagement and Partnerships team. This role is part of the Business Learning (BizLearn) team focused on supporting the educational needs of cross functional audiences within the Meta Business Group (MBG). This role will partner with multiple people teams at Meta, including Learning & Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR), to understand critical business priorities for their assigned MBG audiences. They will assess audience learning needs and identify performance gaps. This role will work with other teams within BizLearn to ensure these priorities and performance needs are aligned to the appropriate learning solutions and delivered to our stakeholders globally. They will actively take part in learning effectiveness evaluations to ensure learning solutions are optimized and advanced over time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and enabling others. They will have experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, in education, sales, marketing, or similar fields. They will have experience running and scaling global training programs (e.g. sales training, such as product, solution or sales skills), setting strategy with stakeholders and leaders, and a passion for driving the success of teams through learning solutions.

Required Skills:

Global Learning Partner, Cross Functional Client Engagement & Partnerships Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with organization leaders and business partners globally (e.g., Business Operations, Product, Marketing, L&D, HR)

  2. Drive learning needs analysis and consult on optimal solutions to meet the needs of the business and the learners

  3. Consult, curate or deliver best-in-class solutions that are rooted in the principles of adult learning theory and strategy

  4. Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning is offered at the right cadence and sequence based on the overall priorities and speed of the business

  5. Manage the activation of learning solutions, inclusive of promotional communication strategies, and measuring impact and learning effectiveness

  6. Create and maintain data-driven business review evaluations to validate current learning strategies and inform future opportunities

  7. Facilitate in-person or virtual learning sessions as needed to support the business needs

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, social sciences or other related fields

  2. 8+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, education or other related fields

  3. Experience managing internal and external facing projects (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management)

  4. Experience with basic data analysis, including survey platforms like Survey Monkey, Google Forms

  5. Demonstrated project management skills and experience running strategic projects within highly matrixed organizations

  6. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with proven history of success working with and influencing executive level leaders

  7. Demonstrated collaboration skills and experience to drive best practices cross-functionally and globally

  1. 2+ years working experience within global training & development environments, or roles with education as a focus

  2. Experience with the Meta Business Group’s advertising suite of Apps and Services

  3. Experience with Learning Management tools and systems, inclusive of CRM

  4. Background or accreditation in Adult Learning theory

  5. Experience with organizational health metrics and learning effectiveness data solutions
