WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience working in CRM, loyalty and/or digital marketing
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practices in digital commerce and digital marketing tools and channels
Familiarity with marketing and ecommerce technology is helpful (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, predictive modeling applications, Tableau)
Exceptional analytics skills, with the ability to formulate and communicate logical, data driven business insights
Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive prioritization within a matrixed, cross functional organization
Self starter with the ability to operate in dynamic and fast paced environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

The Global Digital Commerce team leads strategy and digital capability roadmap development in partnership with our geo and global teams to fuel growth in the marketplace. The team consists of three core functions: CRM, Converse by You (customization), and PMO/Portfolio Management.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re excited to bring a Global Digital CRM Director to the team! In this newly crafted position on the global digital commerce team, you’ll drive strategy and roadmap development for our rapidly growing CRM program. You will partner with our geo teams to develop and drive a comprehensive CRM plan to build & deepen relationships with our consumer and drive customer lifetime value through tools and frameworks to support audience segmentation strategy, analytics, site experience, program value proposition, and business planning.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Key Responsibilities:
Partner with geo digital teams to define CRM objectives and measurement framework, working with analytics team to build supporting analytics and dashboard tools
Build framework and tools to operationalize & program audience segmentation strategy across channels (digital/stores, full funnel)
Partner with product management to define strategy and roadmap to deliver relevant site experience & journeys that support CRM objectives
Establish cross functional operating model to integrate CRM into business planning/forecasting and seasonal go to market planning
Develop strategy and business cases for program benefits and new initiatives that drive customer engagement, support brand goals, and achieve business objectives
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Senior Director, Global Digital Commerce. This role is highly cross functional, and will partner with our North America, Western Europe and China digital CRM + marketing teams and functional partners including analytics, product management, technology and marketing to create and execute these customer journeys and programs.
