Our opportunity:

The Global Channel Program Governance, Manager will implement and manage the rollout of the Global Channel Partner Program and its on-going evolution. Responsibilities include on-going evaluation and administration of partner performance, driving semi-annual partner performance reviews, enforcing program benefits and driving partner program communications.

The role will work cross-functionally with many departments to manage partner SLAs, commitments to contractual agreements, as well as migrate existing partners to the new program. The successful individual will also develop more effective processes and system changes to manage ongoing partner program governance as well as partner off-boarding.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Working with the global teams to advocate for and govern global program and initiatives with regional channel teams

  • Working with the worldwide and regional channel team to implement channel-based incentives, enablement and marketing campaigns

  • Providing program performance reporting, dashboards and KPIs

  • Executing and refining the current Automation Anywhere programs for partners while ensuring the needs of business segments and regional sales teams are met and successfully delivered

  • Managing and maintain any channel program administration tools and systems, such as, incentive tracking tools and analytics tools

  • Providing a process framework, visibility, measurement, and analysis to make informed business decisions and drive successful results and outcomes.

  • Articulating the needs and requirements, as well as, analyze and understand partner’s sales and marketing requirements and feedback

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a relavent area

  • 8+ years in a Channel or Sales operations role

  • 5+ years of experience managing worldwide partner programs

  • Strength in developing processes

  • Strong project management skills

  • Knowledge of backend operational systems is a plus
