The Global Campaign team within the GMO develops data-driven integrated marketing strategies to build awareness, relationships, pipeline and market share. This position will drive funnel-wide marketing strategies for a major campaign with other marketing leaders and provide oversight to junior marketers. Understanding how to deliver impact through marketing activities, flexibility, stakeholder management and collaboration skills are key. Salesforce experience is ideal.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Creating campaign plans and the development of assets and customer journeys for activation across the full marketing funnel by territories, leveraging MarTech;

  • Developing channel strategies and marketing tactics across a wide variety of functional areas of the marketing mix including brand, digital and social marketing, public relations, analyst relations, collateral, thought leadership, sales tools and events;

  • Translating business strategies into marketing strategies and supporting the development of data-driven integrated omni-channel global marketing strategies;

  • Understanding marketing trends and channels that increase demand generation and brand equity;

  • Building depth of understanding and knowledge for a go-to-market priority in a short period of time;

  • Possessing stakeholder engagement and management skills will be key in driving alignment and synergies across the network;

  • Managing multifaceted campaign activations with the ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing priorities;

  • Building and managing relationships with other marketing functions and the business, across a global network, including effectively managing a matrixed organization;

  • Partnering with senior leaders, marketing teams and the business to support the development of a global marketing strategy and defining the marketing activities that will maximize awareness, develop client relationships, build pipeline and increase market share;

  • Understanding modern marketing and sales capabilities including marketing automation principles and content marketing, in either B2B or B2C environments;

  • Leveraging marketing automation systems to bring personalization to marketing activities preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable;

  • Leading and coaching strategic marketers to support professional development and build modern marketing capabilities;

  • Balancing differing perspectives and priorities across the business to drive alignment and champion a firm one mentality;

  • Navigating complex situations and where necessary, conducting difficult conversations with senior leaders across the marketing organization or business to jointly come to the right outcomes; and,

  • Leveraging data to evaluate the impact of marketing activities at the strategy and campaign level to influence the focus and direction of future marketing campaign strategies.
