The Global Aero Commercial Development Director will lead development of new market opportunities for Aero derivative business segment; work with customers to develop the deals / projects; and work with regional commercial team to win new orders / work on global partnership landscape and structure special transactions.
As the Global Aero Commercial Development Director, you will:
Lead development of new market opportunities for Aero derivative business segment
Develop Economic Value proposition for our products to position them versus competition
Customize our value proposition to suit to specific markets / customer segments to develop early proposals for customers
Work with commercial operations to put budgetary proposals to customers
Work with customers to develop the deals / projects and work with regional commercial team to convert these budgetary proposals into firm proposals
Support regional commercial team in technical evaluation of different deals and commercial closure for orders
Interface with Product management and Application engineering teams to develop playbook to monetize our differentiated product offering versus competition
Work on global partnership landscape and structure special transactions
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
Prior Power experience in Supply chain, Commercial, Product Management or Finance
Strong project management skills with ability to drive closure and deliver results for the business
Prior experience in Corporate Audit staff
Ability to work through matrix organization
