Location: Position requires 4 days in office at 127 Public Square, Cleveland, OH or 225 Franklin , Boston, MA, offering flexibility to work remotely on the remaining day.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is a team player, has great attention to detail, is coachable, accountable, and demonstrates good judgement and decision making. The associate will support the execution of daily team activities, related to delivering our suite of FX products and services to our corporate client base.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Deliver excellence in customer service and trade execution

  • Demonstrate understanding of foreign exchange market & products (including spot, forward, and swaps)

  • Support effective onboarding, including documentation, credit lines, and platform demos and setups

  • Assist with organizing and conducting client education and entertainment events

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to a strong team orientated culture and live Key’s values

  • Invest in personal continual learning and development

  • Strong comprehension of Risk Management in the overall business and industry context

  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Contribute to writing the client facing daily market update

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Complete NFA Associated Person Certification (already attained or ability to pass within 3 months of hire date) required

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years’ experience in banking, fintech, or corporate environment

  • Understanding of foreign exchange market & products (including spot, forward, and swaps) preferred

  • Customer Resources Management (CRM) experience preferred

  • Intermediate experience with Bloomberg

  • Intermediate Data Analysis in Excel and PowerPoint creation

TACTICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Demonstrated critical thinking combined with business intuition and intellectual curiosity

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Financial and Business Acumen
