  • Contribute to the development of experiential marketing and event/sponsorship activations in assigned New England region.

  • Work directly with regional managers and sales representatives in scouting, flyering and occasional event execution

  • When working events, set up of event elements in accordance to activation plan to assure all events are consistent across all regions.

  • Ensure all equipment is clean for every event and in good working condition and report when elements need to replaced

  • Break down all event equipment making sure everything is safely stowed

  • Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner with the aim of “handing them off” to a sales rep to finalize a Fios contract

  • Develop thorough understanding of all Fios offers and pricing

  • Assist manager with event tracking systems that monitor field event activity and KPI management

  • Fill out and submit personal timesheets, expense logs (if applicable), and inventory…etc.

  • Assist the manager with reports for management and client detailing event specifics, KPIs, including detailed pictures of events

  • Track flyering initiatives by taking photos during flyering and entering information to our reporting system on an event by event basis.

  • On non-event and non-flyering days, be proactively sourcing event locations, logging inventory or other duties assigned by manager

  • Troubleshoot during flyering events and other events as needed and communicate to all parties with tact, efficiency, and in line with client goals

  • Help coordinate site visit, schedules and timelines

  • Must have a flexible schedule including working nights and weekends with possibility to travel outside of assigned market

  • Maintain knowledge of agency structure and functions, with ability to utilize all resources appropriately and efficiently

  • All other duties as assigned


  • 1-3 years of experience in the event industry

  • Experience in telecommunications highly preferred

  • Experience in a sales driven environment

  • Self-starter, proven ability to “get-the-job-done”, whatever it takes

  • Working knowledge and experience with media

  • Strong negotiator, adept at representing the interests of all involved parties

  • Strong writing skills with ability to communicate points-of-view succinctly, thoroughly, and convincingly

  • Conflict management and problem solving skills

  • Tenacious, yet diplomatic, follow-through, with client, agency and third parties

  • Creative and strategic thinker, and experience with evaluating creative and selling-in concepts

  • Collaborative thinker (ability to think in “360 marketing” manner)

  • Strong relationship builder (talent to identify/maximize ways-of-working)

  • Competitive by nature, not to alienate co-workers, but rather to protect the integrity of business and elevate the caliber of the work

  • Travel as required by client /agency team
