Robert Half is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to manage the local marketing program for our Northeast geographic territory for our multiple lines of business. The FMM is responsible for developing local marketing strategies as well as ensuring that national marketing programs and initiatives are successfully communicated and executed at a local level.

This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing of North America and is responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact/communication for field employees within the Northeast geography as it relates to field marketing. Also responsible for ensuring that local/national marketing programs and strategies are communicated to the field, and successfully executed/adopted. Must proactively communicate to the field, as well as respond to their requests.

  • Developing and managing local marketing activities and programs for all markets within their assigned geography/brands, including local events, alliances, advertising and candidate and client acquisition.

  • Above and beyond ensuring that each market has local marketing coverage, the FMM is responsible for developing robust, sustained, tailored local marketing plans for the top markets and lines of business in their geography working closely with local leadership and our national marketing team . These plans must support our top focus areas of reaching out to new customers/prospects, and that we are engaging, converting and retaining these targets as well as working with our existing customers. Local marketing strategies must also support operational growth objectives, position our staffing brands as local market place leaders, and lead to a measurable improvement in local brand awareness and customer usage.

  • Ongoing analysis of program performance for all local activities which will be shared with leadership and the marketing team. Developing annual field marketing budget for their assigned geography/brands, as well as ensuring that that budget is spent in the most strategic way possible.

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of two Event Coordinators, who coordinate all events with the Northeast geography. Providing guidance and direction to the Event Coordinator and approving all event buys and expenditures.

  • Ongoing collaboration PR to maximize campaigns, strategies and initiatives.

  • Consistently demonstrate the marketing of marketing to ensure program adoption throughout the geography.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or English preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products

  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferred

  • Budget management experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills Staffing industry experience helpful

  • Social media experience a plus
