What you’ll do

  • Work in the field, in collaboration with regional sales team, target high priority growth accounts, new account acquisition and funnel acceleration opportunities in support of commercial sales funnel.

  • Develop and execute demand creation and lead generation tactics with specific focus on account-based marketing, and account specific initiatives within prioritized segments.

  • Creation, testing and reiteration of a coordinated quarter by quarter marketing plan; in partnership with Product Marketing, ensuring execution of impactful regionalized strategy incorporating Commercial priorities.

  • Accountable to North East Zone sales Performance and agreed Field Marketing Metrics. Develop in-depth understanding of commercial team needs as it pertains to marketing results; prioritize and implement Field Marketing deliverables

  • Utilize data driven approach to identify future marketing actions with focus on customer needs and intended outcomes.

Who you are

  • A highly organized, and excellent communicator with proven 3+ years’ experience in a commercial role including territory management ex. Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Account Management and/or Sales in Biopharma

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration and or subject areas with Field Marketing work experience; MBA or Master's degree preferred

  • Willingness and ability for overnight travel within the US

  • Proven experience in Account based marketing, lead development, demand generation, SalesForceDotCom, digital marketing and utilization of social media in a business context

  • Experience working in a matrix environment with varied workflow product and service solutions is considered a plus
