Job DescriptionThe Financial Institutions (FI) team is expanding our revenue operations team to better equip our organization to achieve both in year growth targets and execute on our long-term strategic growth agenda. With this, we are looking to recruit a new role for the team focused on helping the FI organization win strategic new business.
This person will be responsible for supporting FI wide efforts to win new enterprise customers as well help us acquire new FI bank partnerships. This person will work as part of a team, but needs to be a self-starter, detailed oriented, analytical and have strong communication skills.
Position Highlights Develop compelling strategies that establish or enhance our competitive advantage win high value customers and bank partners. Conduct legal/contract analysis to identify competitive advantages to attract and acquire new partners, and improvement areas with existing partners to maximize revenue opportunities. Assist the FI Leadership team in large customer opportunities by navigating internal requirements and processes and departments, including submitting RFP information, coordinating legal/compliance, and as needed, assist in the final Deal Review presentation. Work closely with strategy team for market information and industry trends and outline actions Coordinate with marketing and FI Leadership on FI representation at and participation in partner expos and events. Develop and maintain partner stakeholder maps with FI Leadership, and manage reporting around the top FI partners and customers Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across FI and Elavon to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Six to eight years of related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in Merchant Services industry, preferably in selling to or managing large and complex customers, with a conceptual knowledge of our fundamental practices, products and basic understanding of business operations Ability to work independently as well as effectively navigate and collaborate with FI leadership and internal Elavon departments Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects, initiatives, and deadlines concurrently Strong technical skills in excel and other Microsoft office suite of applications Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and abilities Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
