Serving as planner and project manager for the Hospital by supporting the Facilities Management Department’s planning, design, wayfinding and project management functions.
Researching and preparing facility studies as assigned.
Supporting the Interior Design, Wayfinding and Artwork program.
Researching architectural codes, providing findings to designated staff/supervisors in addition to supporting the Computer Aided Design (CAD) and space data management systems as assigned.
To qualify, you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field and 3+ years of experience, some of which has been in a clinical environment.
Strong analytical skills to be able to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems or design relatively complex systems and programs that cross department/divisional lines.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
An Architectural licensure or professional NCIDQ certification preferred.
