As the Executive, North America Data & AI Solution Area Lead, you will lead and guide the Data & AI Solution Area business for North America. Working in partnership with the Regional leadership teams, you’ll be responsible for financial and non-financial performance metrics, including sales, revenue, project delivery, client satisfaction and specialized skill and capability development. In addition, you’ll support other regional leads on pre-sales and sales opportunities, including identification and prioritization of client needs and associated resources to meet those needs. In this role, you will be required to: * Continue to develop and execute cross-industry solutions-at-scale for Data Migration, Automation Migration, Visualization/Reporting Migration, and Core Data Platform Modernization and Governance * Build and lead the strategy execution for Avanade’s Applied Intelligence, IOT/Digital Twin, Industry X (industry 4.0) and Intelligent Automation businesses * Drive measurable and sustained growth across North America’s Data & AI Solution Area * Integrate Data & AI into the other Global Solution Areas (Modern Workplace, Apps & Infrastructure, and Business Applications) offerings and go-to-market initiatives * Drive strong Managed Services and multi-year engagements for Data & AI, including other Avanade GSAs as appropriate and necessary * Be known for your "client centric" approach and delivery excellence * Champion differentiated commercial models and outcomes for our clients with a focus on client value, and longer term and stronger client relationships * Sales and delivery utilizing a Global network and leveraging offshore and near-shore sales, solutioning, and delivery capabilities * Effectively partner with our parent companies Accenture and Microsoft and other ISVs * Lead with with a strong orientation and focus on the development of your team with an elevation in diversity As a leader of Data & AI, you will contribute to the development of the annual geo business plan through both strategies and actions. You’ll also support the Geographic P&L teams as they develop their annual budgets. Through the gathering of marketplace insights, you’ll shape requirements for solution offerings, while setting the tone for effective delivery of projects, including delivery innovations and enhancement suggestions to improve overall efficiency. Day-to-day, you will: * Support the greater people ecosystem, including but not limited to leadership recruiting, performance reviews, compensation and rewards at the Area level * Partner with Accenture and Microsoft leadership to develop the alliance and identify and close business opportunities * Identify high priority solution areas and prioritize solution investments * Ensure practices that generate, reuse and protect Intellectual Property and Avanade assets * Monitor growth and delivery performance along with forecast to identify resource and skill needs to deliver solutions for clients About you You are seasoned executive with experience in growing and leading a medium to large scale, international technology services organization with a focus on Data & AI. As a business leader, you have a history of developing go to market strategies and capabilities to meet business objectives, and a track record in sales and delivery of solutions to customers. You have excellent personal leadership and communication skills, with experience leading a high-growth, high-demand, top talent environment. In addition, your professional skillset likely includes: * Experience in Data, Applied Intelligence, Automation, IOT and related technologies * Experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions for selected industries * Consulting and project-based background with a passion for driving technology solutions * Successful business development and marketing within a diverse customer portfolio and complex channel management * Building partnerships with organizations of a scale, complexity and sophistication similar to Accenture and Microsoft * Demonstrated managerial, leadership and effective peer teaming expertise in large, multinational organizations with off-shore teams * Ability to achieve through influence and effective navigation of a matrixed organization You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred, particularly technical (IT, engineering, or related). You have 10+ years relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, creation, delivery and business management, and more than 8 years of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience, particularly within a consultancy.
